1. The Purpose of Study

Recently, there are various tries to solve the problems caused by corpulence as prompt increase of adult disease due to Modernization. This study is for vibration Training Effect to the Physical Organization and Strength with Dream Healther through long term training with Positive methods and the subject of my study is to the overweight women from 30 to 50 years old.

2. Study methods and contents

1) The subject of study

(1) Twelve(12) women, Fatty Rate is over 40% and Fat Degree is over 126%, with no special disease from 30 to 50 years old and the Age and Physical Characteristic is as bellows table. 1.

2) Test items

(1) Total Caloric intake : The amount of heat(Kcal), Protein(g), Fatty(g), Fibroid Material(g), Plaster(mg), Calcium(mg), Phosphorus(mg), Sodium(mg), Kalium(mg), Va(R.E), B 1 (mg), B 2 (mg), Niacim(mg), Vc(mg)

(2) Physical Organization : Kidney, Fat Rate, Panniculus Adiposus(abdomen, lower scapula, femoral region, crus, breast, humeral region)

(3) Physical Strength : Whole body strength, Sidestep, Softness(bend over with sat down), Endurance(Max. intake Oxygen, 75%HRmax), Counterbalance(one leg standing with eye closed), Back Muscle Strength, Reaction Velocity(Light, Sound)

(4) Fat density in Blood : Neutral Fat, Total Cholesterol, High Density Lipoprotein, Low Density Lipoprotein, Very Low Density Lipoprotein


3. Training Methods

5 times week during 6 week. Time of Exercise is 5 minutes straight standing, 2 minutes horse-ride positions (120 degree of Knee angle) and the set time of exercise is 7 minutes. Beginning 2 set at the first week and increase 1 set every week. Hz is set Weight X 0.25 straight standing, Weight X 0.3 horse-riding position and training intensity is fixed.

Training time is set from 2 to 6 pm. Initial set is 7 minutes and the load is increased step by step until 7 set.


4. The results of the Test

1) Total Caloric intake

The amount of Total Caloric intake is reduced before training as after training and the details are described as bellows, table 2.
